What services does InnovaSpot offer?
We offer full-service event production: corporate events, team building, catering and decoration, audiovisual and production, marketing and trade show stands, entertainment and experiences. We cover everything from concept to complete execution.
What areas of Costa Rica do you serve?
We have nationwide coverage from our offices in Belén de Heredia. We serve the entire Greater Metropolitan Area, as well as coastal, mountain and rural areas of Costa Rica, with the same level of professional quality.
How much advance notice do you need to organize an event?
We recommend a minimum of 4–6 weeks for smaller events and 2–3 months for large events such as congresses. That said, we also handle last-minute events depending on availability and complexity.
2Quotes and Budgets
How do I request a quote?

Does the quote have any cost?
No, all our quotes and initial consultations are completely free. We only charge once you decide to hire our services and sign the contract.
How long does it take to receive the quote?
We deliver detailed quotes within a maximum of 24-48 business hours. For complex or large-scale events, it may take up to 72 hours to ensure accuracy in every detail.
Do you work with different budget ranges?
Yes. A coffee break or seminar (20-50 people) runs ₡500,000-₡1,500,000 (approx. $1,000-$3,000 USD); a mid-size corporate event (50-150 people), ₡2,000,000-₡6,000,000 (approx. $4,000-$12,000 USD); a premium event (150-500 people), ₡6,000,000-₡20,000,000 (approx. $12,000-$40,000 USD); and a multi-day congress or trade show (500+ people), from ₡20,000,000 (approx. $40,000+ USD). We tailor our proposals and creative solutions to maximize impact within each client's available budget.
3Corporate Events
What is included in organizing a corporate event?
It includes: strategic planning, venue management, catering, decoration, audiovisuals, entertainment, logistics, day-of-event coordination, photography/video, and post-event follow-up.
Can you handle virtual or hybrid events?
Absolutely. We offer full production for virtual, hybrid and in-person events. We have professional streaming technology, interactive platforms and specialized technical support.
Do you work with international companies?
Yes, we have experience organizing events for multinational companies and international clients. We handle coordination in multiple languages and international corporate protocols.
4Logistics and Venues
Do you help find the perfect venue?
Yes, we have an extensive database of venues throughout Costa Rica. We select locations based on event type, capacity, budget, accessibility and the client's specific objectives.
What happens if it rains at an outdoor event?
We always include weather contingency plans. We have professional tents, alternative covered venues, and backup strategies to guarantee the success of the event regardless of weather conditions.
Do you handle municipal permits and paperwork?
Yes, we take care of all the necessary permits: municipal, fire department, SENASA (for events with food), sound permits, and any authorization required based on the type and location of the event.
5Catering and Food Service
What catering options do you offer?
We offer everything from coffee breaks and executive breakfasts to gala dinners. We handle international and Costa Rican cuisine, vegan/vegetarian options, kosher, and specialized menus based on dietary restrictions.
Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We handle food allergies, vegan/vegetarian diets, gluten-free options, kosher, halal, and any medical or religious restrictions. We just need the information in advance.
Does catering include waitstaff service?
Yes, we include trained professional staff: waiters, bartenders, chefs, service coordinators and cleaning staff. Our entire team maintains international service standards.
6Technology and Audiovisual
What audiovisual equipment do you include?
We have giant LED screens, 4K projectors, professional sound systems, wireless microphones, programmable LED lighting, live streaming, and specialized technical support throughout the event.
Do you offer live streaming of events?
Yes, we provide professional streaming on multiple platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Facebook Live, corporate platforms). We include multiple cameras, real-time editing, and full technical support.
Do you have technical backup during the event?
We always have specialized on-site technicians, backup equipment, and contingency protocols. We guarantee 99.9% uptime across all our technology systems.
